We flew into St Louis on Easter Sunday and drove 3 ½ hours to Doniphan. We met with the realtor the next morning and drove out to the property. From the start, we were both intrigued. We went thru the 'needs to be finished' cabin and walked around the property, including a hike on the other side of the lake to the old home site that had been torn down years ago. After much discussion that evening, we made an offer the following morning and headed back to Arizona. A few days later, we accepted the counter offer made by the owner. Yes, there was much ‘What Did We Just Do’?!
On May 23, we became the proud owners of our very own C&S RANCH at LAKEANOZIRA. 215 acres of H-E-A-V-E-N!
